Delivery Information

General
When your order has been despatched our system will inform you by email and from that date your order should be delivered within 1-5 working days (delivery times may be longer around Christmas and other busy periods). Please note that the delivery address should match the cardholders address and that the postal service/courier will require the item to be signed for. 

Warranty & Returns
Mymuch Computer Solutions Systems and components are covered by a 12 month return to base warranty.
Products covered by a third party warranty (eg printers, monitors) or onsite warranty should be directed to the relevant Manufacturer.
Freight & Labour charges will apply for products still within the manufactures warranty period after the first 12months.
All freight charges back to Mymuch Computer Solutions are the customers responsibility.
No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order.
We will make arrangements with you for the return of the Product.
Replacement Products are provided with the same Warranty as the returned Product.
A Return Authorisation Number (RA No) is required for both replacement Products and refunds.
Products can not be returned without a RA No. The Product should be returned to Mymuch Computer Solutions within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the RA No. All Products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the Product.
Replacement Products are provided with the same Limited Warranty as the returned Product.
Some Products - Manufacturer Only Warranty
Some Products sold through Mymuch Computer Solutions are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturer in accordance the warranty information provided on the listing.
For items advertised and sold with manufacturer's warranty, we would ask you to contact the manufacturer or supplier in the first instance for replacement or repair under the warranty terms.
